16. Safety and Governance

Include configurable safety and governance controls for:

electrical work;

structural work;

gas systems;

pool equipment;

chemicals;

ladders and elevated work;

power tools;

pest control;

vehicle or machinery use;

security systems;

work involving guests or occupied units;

financial commitments;

access credentials;

private personal information.

The system should be able to require:

qualified personnel;

safety acknowledgment;

additional evidence;

explicit reviewer approval;

financial authorization;

restricted access;

escalation.

The plug-in is an operational coordination system, not a substitute for licensed professional judgment.

17. Auditability and Observability

Every material action must be auditable.

At minimum, record:

actor;

actor role;

action;

entity type;

entity ID;

previous status;

new status;

timestamp;

tenant;

source;

correlation ID;

notes or reason where appropriate.

Instrument:

ingestion failures;

transcription failures;

extraction confidence;

time from capture to assignment;

time from assignment to acceptance;

completion time;

review time;

revision rate;

overdue rate;

blocked-task duration;

evidence completeness;

task reopen rate;

knowledge proposal acceptance;

recurring issue frequency;

notification delivery;

workflow failures.

Do not expose private content unnecessarily in logs.
