Include configurable safety and governance controls for:

•electrical work;

•structural work;

•gas systems;

•pool equipment;

•chemicals;

•ladders and elevated work;

•power tools;

•pest control;

•vehicle or machinery use;

•security systems;

•work involving guests or occupied units;

•financial commitments;

•access credentials;

•private personal information.

The system should be able to require:

•qualified personnel;

•safety acknowledgment;

•additional evidence;

•explicit reviewer approval;

•financial authorization;

•restricted access;

•escalation.

The plug-in is an operational coordination system, not a substitute for licensed professional judgment.

Every material action must be auditable.

At minimum, record:

•actor;

•actor role;

•action;

•entity type;

•entity ID;

•previous status;

•new status;

•timestamp;

•tenant;

•source;

•correlation ID;

•notes or reason where appropriate.

Instrument:

•ingestion failures;

•transcription failures;

•extraction confidence;

•time from capture to assignment;

•time from assignment to acceptance;

•completion time;

•review time;

•revision rate;

•overdue rate;

•blocked-task duration;

•evidence completeness;

•task reopen rate;

•knowledge proposal acceptance;

•recurring issue frequency;

•notification delivery;

•workflow failures.

Do not expose private content unnecessarily in logs.
